CORDIANT COMMUNICATIONS PLC acquired LIGHTHOUSE GLOBAL NETWORK INC (turnover of USD 159 million with 36 branches in 6 countries and a workforce of 1,100 people) through an exchange offer valued at USD 592 million, assets included. This operation will give birth to the world's tenth largest advertising group.
