Brussels, 11/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for external relations, Chiris Patten met Mr. Somsavat Lengsavad, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Laos, for an exchange of views on the prospects for cooperation between the European Union and Laos.
