The Dutch dredgers KONINKIJKE BOSKALIS WESTMINSTER and HBG - HOLLANDSCHE BETON GROUP have announced that they are abandoning their planned merger main due to divergences of views over the policy in terms of construction in the German market. Se EI of 15 & 16 May.
