The Belgian CHRISTEYNS (soaps and detergents) acquired its French counterpart LUFRA (annual turnover of more than FF 300 million) for an undisclosed amount. Through this acquisition, CHRISTEYNS will have a total turnover of BEF 1.8 billion with 225 employees.
