Brussels, 11/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The fourth EU-Greenland Fisheries Protocol may be signed by the end of the month, considers the Commission upon President Prod's return from a three-day trip (6-8 July) to Greenland. Such optimism is new - several negotiation meetings had been cancelled in recent months as the Commission had no clear negotiating brief.
