The Swiss group CLARIANT (annual turnover of around CHF 9.5 billion with 29,000 employees) announced, for an undisclosed sum, the acquisition of the Mexican CHRISTIANSOM (annual turnover of USD 18 million with 120 employees), notably specialised in capillary and body care and textile treatments.
