EIB places EUR 12 million in venture capital fund

Luxembourg, 24/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has subscribed to shares in the common risk investment fund "21 Development" in France, for the sum of EUR 12 million (FF 79 million). The promoter of this fund is "Ventuno investimenti", the financial pole of the Benetton group specialised in venture capital operations in Europe. The fund has managed investments in innovative small and medium sized companies in growth periods for the past 12 years, through "21 Société...
