The Spanish group UNION FENOSA has pulled off its friendly bid for all the capital of the British firm CAMBRIDGE WATER (£15.9 million turnover for the financial year 1999/2000). 99% of the capital was provided for the bid, representing an overall amount of £54.2 million.
