ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) cosmetics

Japan's SHISEIDO is take over the makeup brand NARS from the American group AGORA COSMETICS for an undisclosed amount. It will be transformed into NARS COSMETICS and controlled by SHISEIDO INTERNATIONAL. It should have a turnover of over 2.5 bn yen in 2002, SHISEIDO predicts.
