ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

France's NATEXIS INDUSTRIES and DEUTSCHE BANK have set up a holding company with a capital of FF 120 million, called FINANCIERE GRATTECIEL and which has taken over 100% of the French real estate group ACTIF+. This company based in Toulouse brings together 12 construction, marketing and apartment rental companies and had a turnover in 1999 of FF 933 million, with 300 employees.
