Very critical report on Court of Justice building policy calls on that institution to renegotiate certain questions with Luxembourg authorities

Luxembourg, 20/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Auditors has published a special report on expenditure by the Court of Justice on the three buildings annexed to the "Palais" (its main building): Annex A or "Erasmus", B or "Thomas More" and C. The Court of Auditors recommends that the Court of Justice renegotiate with the Luxembourg administration "those aspects of the 1994 agreement which are causing problems".
