Pristina, 20/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Council Secretary General/High Representatives for CFSP Javier Solana and the European Commissioner Chris Patten succeeded, during their visit this Tuesday to Pristina, to obtain the signature of the various leaders of the Kosovo communities, of a joint declaration renouncing violence.
