ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) privatisations

- Romania: The Government of Romania has launched the privatisation of BANCA AGRICOLA, the number three local bank. The call for bids, launched two weeks ago, covers 56.7% of the capital and interested companies have until 5 May to "express their interest" and until 23 June to submit a bid. The Romanian Government is banking on a minimum bid of around USD 100 million.
