20/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The National Assembly delegation for the European Union chaired by Alain Barrau is organising, on the 26 April in Paris, a colloquium on the EU Charter of fundamental rights, which will be opened by Elisabeth Guigou, Minister for Justice and by Guy Braibant, Representative for the President of the Republic and the Convention Prime Minister who is drafting the Charter. The Minister for European Affairs Pierre Moscovici will close the debate.
