Brussels, 20/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - Most of the members of the European Parliament Committee on Citizens' Freedoms and Rights rejected a draft regulation proposed by Finland (when it held Council Presidency) in order to determine Member State obligations concerning the readmission of third country nationals (another example of a Member State exercising the right of initiative in "third pillar" issues).
