20/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The deadline for review of the creation of EADS (European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company) by Aérospatiale, Matra, Dasa and Cas has been postponed from 27 April to 11 May, because the parties have presented new undertakings. The future group, with turnover of EUR 23 billion, would be the number one European aerospace group and number three worldwide behind Boeing and Lockheed Martin. It would have a workforce of around 96,000.
