The Franco-German group AVENTIS will be selling COOPER -COOPERATION PHARMACEUTIQUE FRANCAISE-, its over-the-counter drug distribution subsidiary, to CARAVELLE (losses of more than FRF 100 million for turnover of 800 million in 1999 with a workforce of 950).
