Green light for joint venture NEC/Mitsubishi

Brussels, 04/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the creation of a joint venture between the Japanese companies NEC and Mitsubishi Electric Visual Systems Corporation, which will produce and market PC monitors. In Europe, the activities of the joint venture will relate to the research and development, the distribution, sale, and after sales services through a subsidiary in Munich (Germany).
