PT MULTIMEDIA (PORTUGAL TELECOM group) is to take a 42% stake in LUSOMUNDO, Portugal's main media group, for a total of 180 million euro. With this in mind, PT MULTIMEDIA will make a bid for LUSOMUNDO shares quoted on the Lisbon stock exchange in the framework of a strategic agreement with the main shareholders at 40 euro a share.
