Brussels, 04/04/2000 (Agence Europe) - Elmar Brok (Christian Democrat, Germany) and Dimitri Tsatsos (Socialist, Greece), the two European Parliament representatives to the IGC (Intergovernmental conference on institutional reform), on Monday afternoon, informed their colleagues of the EP's Constitutional Affairs Committee of the work by the preparatory group for the Intergovernmental conference headed by Francisco Seixas da Costa.
