Spanish BBVA - BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA and German BERTELSMANN SERVICES GROUP, through its Spanish subsidiary TODISA, have joined the alliance concluded between TERRA NETWORKS (Spanish group TELEFÓNICA) and LOGISTA (French-Spanish gropu ALTADIS) which foresees the creation of a logistic services company specialised in e-commerce between companies and individuals. LOGISTA, TERRA and TODISA will each hold 30% of the capital of the venture as opposed to 10% for BBVA.
