ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) instrumentation

The Dutch group GEVEKE has sold the instrumentation activities of its subsidiary EMBA TECHNIEK to the Belgian firm DCM for an undisclosed amount. The sector sold represents a turnover of 15 million euro a year. GEVEKE retains the pump and filtering systems activities which will be pooled in a new entity called EMBA POMPTECHNIEK, with a turnover of 5 million euro.
