In France, the CONFISERIE ET TRADITION SA company has acquired the quality chocolate maker KLAUS (2 production units, one in Switzerland and the other in France, which together make an aggregate turnover of FF 43 million in 1999 with 70 employed). The aim of CONFISERIE ET TRADITION is to form a pole of activities bringing in some FF 250 million in sales.
