The Belgian chain of stores called AS ADVENTURE (sports and leisure goods; turnover around EUR 24.8 million in 1999 with 240 employed) has acquired, in collaboration with MITISKA, its British competitor COTSWOLD OUTDOOR 5TURNOVER EUR 28.5 million in 1999 with 300 employed) for the sum of BF 400 million.
