Brussels, 02/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - Wednesday evening's debate in plenary on Javier Solana's statement over Cfsp/Esdp (see yesterday's EUROPE, pages 5 and 6, for the introduction of the High Representative for Cfsp) confirmed the priority that most Euro-MPs attribute to crisis and conflict prevention.
