Commission approves capital injection by public financial holding company "Sviluppo Italia" in "Parco Navi SpA"

Brussels, 02/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided not to oppose the capital injection that the public financial holding company "Sviluppo Italia" (formerly GEPI SpA) in a marine science and leisure park in the area of the famous summer resort of Rimini (Italy). The new issue of capital - which represents a real start-up and transformation of "Parco Novi" into a new company - will be worth 18.6 million euro, 7.8 million of which will be subscribed by "Sviluppo Italia"...
