The Dutch group DSM and GUANGDONG XINHUI MEIDA NYLON LTD are going to combine forces in a joint venture active in the prouction of nylon polymers in Xinhui, in the Chinese province of Guangdong. DSM will own 25% of the venture, which will have annual capacity of 45,000 tonnes.
