Brussels, 02/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised MAN Nutzfahrzeyge (Germany) to take full control of the British truck manufacturer ERF. It noted that the activities of the two companies overlapped in the United Kingdom heavy goods vehicles market, but that the two companies accumulated market share was not sufficient to create problems of abuse of a dominant position, in a market where competitors are well established.
