Brussels, 02/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner responsible for Agriculture, Franz Fischler, indicated in a n interview to the Financial times that within the framework of the preparations for the future accession negotiations regarding the agricultural Chapter, the European Commission could proposed to offer the future new Member States a "phasing in" for the direct agricultural aid from CAP.
