At the conclusion of a friendly public takeover bid of SEK 265 million, SGE has announced that its engineering and electrical works subsidiary GTIE has acquired 99.8% of Sweden's EMIL LUNDGREN (sales of EUR 70 million in 1999). See EI of 17 December 1999.
