ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) metal

In Belgium, BMT has sold its "Brandwerende Deuren en Ramen" branch (fireproof doors and windows) to BOIS D'HAINE VANDERPLANCK METALWORKS (turnover of FEB 106 million in 1999 with 36 employees), which makes special doors. With the acquisition of BDR, VANDERPLANCK METALWORKS' turnover is expected to climb to FEB 160 million this year.
