The Belgian cinema group KINEPOLIS has signed an agreement for a share acquisition, via KINEPOLIS HOLDING, of 51% of the Cityplex construction project in Ede (Netherlands). The NLG-20 million project involves the construction of a complex of eight cinema theatres that can take in 350 to 400,000 spectators a year.
