ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

The Dutch insurer AEGON has decided to pull out of its American financial subsidiary TRANSAMERICA FINANCE, which manages assets estimated at USD 16 billion. This pullout will take place via the sale of assets, either the partial or total sale of service divisions, or via joint ventures.
