Brussels, 02/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday evening the Commissioner indicated that the European Commissioner for Transports, Loyola de Palacio, could present to the European Parliament, on the 13th March, the proposed compromise which seems to be on the verge of being made between the EU and the United States over the European ban on plans equipped with hushkits.
