Global loan EUR 120 million to Caja de Madrid

Luxembourg, 02/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank granted a global loan of EUR 120 million to the Caja de Madrid and its subsidiary, the Corporacio Financiera Caja de Madrid, to finance projects by SME or local cooperatives. The EIB indicated in a press release that "for the granting of this credit, the EIB took into account the extent of the demand and the rapid use of the first line of credit granted to this financial establishment last year."
