CITY PARKING, a subsidiary of the Belgian group FABRICOM has concluded a cooperation agreement with AUTOPARK NORGE with a view to developing its activities in Scandinavia. The accord makes provision for acquisition of a 40% share in AUTOPARK NORGE, which manages and controls 13,000 parking spots, and offers CITY PARKING the possibility of acquiring total control of the company.
