Brussels, 16/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - During the informal and "restricted" lunch by the General Affairs Council on Monday, German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer raised the question of Michel Camdessus' succession to the post of director general for the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
