Brussels, 16/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Council of the European Union has introduced a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain seamless tubes and pipes, in iron or unalloyed steel, originating in Croatia and Ukraine. In addition, it has decided to definitively collect the amounts deposited under the provisional anti-dumping duty introduced in August 1999, due to the size of the dumping margins and the magnitude of the injury suffered by the Community industry.
