European Union firmly condemns terrorist acts perpetrated in Teheran recently

Brussels, 16/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Council Presidency has published the following declaration on behalf of the European Union:

"The European Union strongly deplores the mortar attack which recently took place in the centre of Teheran, and deeply regrets the injuries and death caused by this distressing act of violence. The European Union extends its warmest sympathies to the victims and their families.

The European Union firmly reiterates its condemnation of all acts of terrorism...
