ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) shoes

In France, the financial holding company FDAC, which controls the shoe manufacturer DEGORCE SA (FF 50 million turnover in 1999 with 110 employees), has taken over LA FOURMI, company belonging to the group GLF - GEP-LA FOURMI (FF 355 million turnover in 1999) specialised in slippers and in receivership. This operation gives rise to a new company called LA FOURMI.
