ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

The group with North American and German capital, WWG -WAVETEK WANDEL GOLTERMANN- (annual turnover of EUR 76.22 million), will be merging with the North American firm TTC, specialised in the design of testing tools for the telecommunications industry. The new venture, whose name has not yet been chosen, will be worth EUR 730 million and will have a workforce of 4,000 in 80 countries.
