BANCO BISEL, bank controlled by CREDIT AGRICOLE in Argentina has announced having taken over a rival, BANCO SUQUIA. It has acquired the totality of SISCA, a holding company with a direct 11.8% stake in BANCO SUQUIA, and 52.2% of another holding company owner of 60.41% of the Argentinean bank. According to BANCO BISEL, this transaction values the target at $261 million for 100%.
