"European Car-Free Day" operation to be launched on Friday

Brussels, 03/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The "European Car-Free Day" operation, scheduled for 22 September 2000, will be kicked off on Friday 4 February in Brussels by the Commission and the nine Member States already involved in the initiative.
