ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) water

The Italian construction group ITALMOBILIARE has announced the signature of a partnership agreement with SAUR (French group BOUYGUES) for water processing and distribution in Italy. The agreement provides for the merger of CREA, a subsidiary of ITALMOBILIARE, with SIGESA, a SAUR subsidiary, into a single venture 71% owned by the French firm and 29% by the Italian. The new venture will have turnover of over EUR 100 million and will be present throughout Italian territory with more than 1.2...
