The Italian construction group ITALMOBILIARE has announced the signature of a partnership agreement with SAUR (French group BOUYGUES) for water processing and distribution in Italy. The agreement provides for the merger of CREA, a subsidiary of ITALMOBILIARE, with SIGESA, a SAUR subsidiary, into a single venture 71% owned by the French firm and 29% by the Italian. The new venture will have turnover of over EUR 100 million and will be present throughout Italian territory with more than 1.2 million users for water supply and 2.8 million for water processing activity.
