The American cruise company CARNIVAL and Malaysian STAR CRUISES has decided to get together to buy out the Norwegian NCL which they had been fighting over. According to the terms of the agreement, CARNIVAL is to cancel its latest offer (see EI of 29 January) to join in with that of STAR CRUISES.
