Green light for joint venture between General Electric and Thomson for flight simulator training

Brussels, 03/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the creation of a joint venture between the General Electric Company (United States) and Thomson-CSF (France) in the field of civil flight simulator training. The General Electric subsidiary, CEGAT, will take 66% of the joint venture and Thomson-CSF the remaining 34%.
