ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) equipment

SASA INDUSTRIES (24.9 million euro turnover in 1999) and DEMARLE INDUSTRIES (15.2 million euro turnover in 1999), specialised in non-stick cooking moulds and supports, have signed a memorandum of understanding providing for their merger before 30 June 2000, through SASA taking over DEMARLE.
