Parliament approves on of financial aid of EUR 35 million for Kosovo - Other donors must also respect their engagements

Brussels, 03/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report by the German Christian Democrat Ellmar Brok, the European Parliament approved the allocation of a on off financial aid to the Kosovo community. A total amount of EUR 35 million, this aid will be allocated in two slices. It will be debited from the EUR 360 million for the financing of the multiannual financing of the reconstruction of Kosovo over which the Council and the Parliament have agreed last December.
