According to the American financial station, NBC, Britain's VODAFONE AIRTOUCH and German MANNESMANN are said to have found an amicable agreement for a merger, VODAFONE shareholders holding 50.5% of the capital in the new telecommunications company and MANNESMANN's current shareholders the remaining 49.5%.
